Google Pay is a digital wallet and payment platform from Google. It enables users to pay for transactions with Android devices in-store and on supported websites, mobile apps and Google services, like the Google Play Store.
Daily Transaction Limit: The maximum amount you can transfer using GPay in a single day is ₹1,00,000.
Number of Transactions: You can make a maximum of 20 transactions per day using GPay or any other UPI app.
New Users: For new users or after reinstalling the app, the first 24 hours have a lower limit of ₹5,000. The first transaction must be at least ₹50.
Increasing the Limit: You can request your bank to increase your GPay UPI limit based on your risk profile.
Other Limits: There are also specific limits for certain types of transactions, such as IPO payments (₹5 lakh for non-institutional investors and ₹2 lakh for retail investors).
